Standard Form Milk Supply Agreements Starting 1 July 2024

Statement of Circumstances: Riverina Fresh will contract milk from around the Riverina of sufficient quality and quantity to meet the requirements of our operations and markets, noting that as a boutique processor Riverina Fresh has limited milk supply needs.

All farmers who supply Riverina Fresh must be able to comply with our quality, operational and reputational requirements as set out in our Milk Supply Handbook.

Riverina Fresh was not involved in any disputes related to its Milk Supply Agreements that resulted in mediation or arbitration in the twelve months from 1 May 2023.
